The Culture and Climate Committee is run by the PBIS Team at CCMS. PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, and it is part of the Multi Tier Systems of Support (MTSS) used in our district performance plan. The Culture and Climate Committee is made up of Staff members, student leaders, and community shareholders (parents or other interested parties). The primary function of the PBIS team is to improve school culture and climate by promoting our school wide expectations of showing mutual respect, attentive listening, and appreciation.
